My name is Lisa Lollis and I am the founder and owner of Looking Glass Myofascial Release LLC. I received my B.S. and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont and have over a decade of experience as a physical therapist. I also have earned my Reiki I and II attunements, which introduced me to the world of energy work.

I have always believed that movement is equally an art as well as a science. Unfortunately, our current healthcare systemoperates by looking at a person in fragmented pieces through solely a scientific lens. There is little appreciation for the connection of the body as a whole, let alone how the mind and energy also influence our state of being. After taking a class from John F. Barnes, the founder of the Myofascial Release Approach, it was clear to me that his technique acknowledges the whole person and provides a method of healing which seeks to find the root cause through a foundation of scientific evidence as well as with use of intuition. This technique gave me hope outside of the conventional medical world that there is a way in which I can practice holistically and provide the care that I feel we all deserve. My own journey, which eventually led me to opening this business, required substantial inward reflection. This is a process I support all of my clients through in order to achieve lasting success. Hence, Looking Glass Myofascial Release was created.

Outside of the clinic I enjoy being in nature, running, biking and hiking. I love working with my hands and have a small studio space where I make pottery in my free time. My wife and two cats keep my home filled with love.
