MFR sessions:

$250 for 1.5 hours

$175 for 1 hour

An hour and a half is recommended for an initial visit as this will allow us more time to fully discuss your concerns, perform an assessment and provide treatment. For known clients, an hour may be enough for maintenance, though 1.5 hours is preferred to work on an active problem.

5 x 1 hour sessions - $845, save $30

Receiving 6+ hours of MFR within a week through immersion sessions are incredibly beneficial and can accelerate the timeline of you seeing results and feeling better. Policies

Looking Glass Myofascial Release has a 24 hr cancellation policy. You will be charged the full price of the session for late cancellations or failure to show for an appointment. 

Payment is due at the time of service. It can be made using a Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA), credit/debit card, cash, check or Venmo. 

I do not take insurance and am considered an Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy provider. This allows me to treat holistically and provide you with the optimal care you deserve without limitation from insurance companies. 

Some insurances will cover Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy services. Contact your insurance carrier to learn if this is an option for you. If you do have these benefits, I can provide you with a superbill that you submit to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly.
